I offer an introductory first meeting so that we can decide if we are a good “fit” and want to work together. If you decide not to continue beyond the first meeting, there will be no charge to you.
I offer an optional initial three hour session which will allow us to come to a thorough understanding of the problem for which you seek help and the goals for our work together. This meeting will set the groundwork for the remaining therapy.
Subsequent 55 minute weekly sessions are usually arranged to continue work until your goals have been met. It is an option to meet less frequently or to arrange for longer sessions when needed.
Many insurance plans offer an out-of-network benefit for outpatient psychotherapy. You may want to check with your insurance company for the out-of-network benefits.

I practice Experiential Dynamic Therapy. My style is highly engaged and focused on close moment to moment observation in session. Together we will determine the nature of your difficulties and work collaboratively to address their roots.
